      How to Get Quick Support on Your Oze Business App

      Users of the Oze App can get quick support via the Coach feature in the app. Via Coach, you get to chat with our friendly Customer Support team who are more than ready to render the support needed to use the app efficiently.

      Step 1

      1. Click on the hamburger menu ☰ on the home page
      2. Click on Coach
      3. Click on the ? icon at the top right of your screen

       

      Step 2

      Click on Get Quick Answers and  type your message as soon as the Whatsapp portal opens to get any assistance needed from our support team
