Adding delivery methods

A guide on how to add several delivery methods/options on the Oze app.

Providing delivery options makes it convenient for customers to receive their orders in the way that works best for them. For example, some customers may prefer to have their orders shipped to their homes, while others may prefer to pick up their orders in-store. By offering multiple delivery options, you can accommodate the preferences of different customers and make the shopping experience more convenient for them. 

Types of delivery methods

There are different types of delivery methods on Oze Shop:

1. Pickup Location: This method allows you to set a pickup location your customers can pick up their orders from. This could be your shop location.

Adding delivery methods

Kindly follow the steps below to add delivery methods on Oze Shop:

• Tap the settings sign at the top right corner of your screen

• Select “Delivery Settings”.

• Next, click “Add Delivery Method”

• Add the details of your Pickup location and save

• Tap on the plus sign (+) at the top right corner of your screen to add your Flat rate and Custom shipping route
