Yes, we know you may need to refer back to certain transactions. Be it a sale or an expense, we are committed to helping you find these transactions in the easiest and fastest way possible.
To get started, take the following steps:
Step 1:
- After entering your login details, you are granted access to your Oze account.
- Click on the menu sign (☰) at the top left corner and when the drop-down menu appears, select Transactions.
- On your Transactions screen, select the search icon 🔍at the top of right corner of your screen.
Step 2:
The Oze app allows you to find your transactions using either the name of the product you sold or the name of your customer.
Assuming you are looking for transactions with a specific product item, i.e. Pinepple Juice:
- After clicking the search icon, manually type in the name of the product item- Pineapple Juice
- A list of transactions with Pineapple Juice will pop up and you can manually select the specific transaction.
Assuming you are looking for transactions with a specific customer name, i.e: Akos:
- After clicking the search icon, manually type in the name of the customer- Akos
- A list of transactions with Akos will pop up and you can manually select the specific transaction you are looking for.
Congratulations, you have successfully searched your transaction in the Oze app.
