How to Edit or Delete a Transaction

The Oze app has been built in a flexible manner to help you edit, update or delete a transaction if the need arises. This is to ensure you always have clean and accurate data.

Edit a Transaction

Step 1

On the home page 

  1. Click on the hamburger menu ☰
  2. Click on Transactions
  3. On the Transactions page, click on the transaction you would like to edit

 

Editing Cost Price

Step 2:

Once the transaction is opened click on the edit button associated to the price details in the opened transaction.

  1. Edit the info you would like to correct or update
  2. Click on Save Changes. Your transaction has been edited successfully.

Editing Payment of a transaction

Step 3:

  1. To edit the payment details of a transaction, click on the Add Payment button as shown below. 
  2. Enter the amount paid.
  3. Choose the payment method under this transactions
    1. Cash payment
    2. Mobile money method
    3. Bank transfer
    4. Debit card
  4. Tap on Save Changes to apply the changes you have made to the transaction.
    Congratulations! Your transaction edited successfully.

Delete a Transaction

On the home page 

  1. Click on the hamburger menu ☰
  2. Click on Transactions
  3. On the Transactions page, click on the transaction you would like to delete
  4. Once the transaction is opened  click on the red bin icon at the top right of the screen
  5. Click Yes Delete to confirm you want to delete the transaction
