How to Apply for a Loan

From the home page of the Oze app, click on the "Apply for a loan" button and follow the steps below:

Part 1: Application button & Logging In

  1. Click on the " Apply for a Loan " button on the homepage of the Oze mobile app

  2. Type your email and click on Continue
  3. Check your email for a temporary password
  4. Copy the code without the period or fullstop
  5. Paste the code in the password space
  6. Click Log into Account
  7. Type in your preferred password in the first space
  8. Retype the same password in the second space to confirm it
  9. Click on Save new password
  10. The loans product pages opens for you to create your profile

    Part 2: Create Your Profile

    1. Click on the dropdown by the profile image at the top right of your screen

    2. Click on Profile
    3. Click on Upload Photo to attach your photo
    4. Click on Customer Details to provide your personal details, and click Save Changes
    5. Click on Operational Details to provide your business details, and click Save Changes

    Part 3: Selecting Your Preferred Loan Product

    1. Click on the hamburger menu at the top left of your screen

    2. Click on Loan Products
    3. Scroll up or down to select your preferred loan product.
    4. Read the loan terms
    5. Click on Apply Now

    Part 4: Providing Your Loan Details

    1. Click on the Prefill from Profile button to fill the fields with your personal info

    2. Provide your personal details by completing the fields under Personal Information and click on Next Step.
    3. Next, under Business Information, provide all the required details and click on Next Step.
    4. Provide all the required information under Financial Information and click on Next Step.
    5. Complete all the required fields under Loan Information and click on Next Step.

    Part 5: Attach Required Documents, Review and Submit Your Loan Application

    1. Under Documents, upload your account statement by clicking on the Select File button 

    2. Click the next Select File button to upload your ID card
    3. Click the Review Application button
    4. After reviewing, click Complete Application to submit your loan application
    5. You will receive a notification to confirm the submission of your loan application
