Sending Receipts to Customers

Receipts are sent as proof of paid items bought by our customers. Receipts contain the description of items bought, the number of items bought, and the total amount paid by the customer.

Follow the steps below to send a receipt to your customer

  1. Click on the hamburger menu at the top left of your screen
  2. Click on Transactions
  3. Locate the transaction you want to generate the receipt for and click on it
  4. Click on the share receipt button at the bottom of your screen
  5. Click the preview link to see the layout of your receipt and confirm the information displayed on the receipt
  6. Type in personalized notes in the note field if you want to send extra info to your customer
  7. Click on Share receipt at the bottom of your screen
  8. Select the channel or medium via which you would like to share your receipt eg Email or Whatsapp
  9. Select customer contact eg via WhatsApp
  10. Send the receipt by clicking on Send icon to ensure your customer gets the receipt
