Step 1:Go to the "You owe" section
- Open the Oze app and go to the Home screen.
- Look for the "You owe" card, which displays a summary of your outstanding balance. Tap on View All to see the detailed breakdown of your dues.
Step 2: View Outstanding Balances
- In the "You owe" screen, you’ll see a list of transactions with balances you still owe.
- Each entry will show:
- Supplier’s name (if added)
- Due date of the transaction.
- Total balance owed for each transaction.
- Paid amount, which will be zero if no payments have been made.
- Number of days left to due date
Step 3: View Transaction Details
- To see more details for any transaction, tap on any transaction.
- In the Expense Details view, you can check:
- Total amount due.
- Balance and due date for payment.
- Items bought in the transaction, along with a description if you added one.
- Payment history, showing any partial payments made.
- You’ll see a prompt to Add Payment. Use this option to update the record with any payment you’ve made toward this expense.
Step 4: Mark as Delivered (Optional)
Mark as delivered toggle can help you keep track of items you've received.
