How to View Total Amount Owed to You and Related Transactions in Oze

  1. Open the Oze App and go to the Home Screen
    • When you log into the app, you’ll see the Home screen, which gives an overview of your financial information.
  2. Locate the 'Your Customer Owes' Section
    • On the Home screen, find the box labeled "Your customer owes". This section displays the total amount customers owe you.

  1. View all outstanding transactions
    • To see the transactions associated with this amount, tap on "View All" under the "Your customer owes" section.
    • This will take you to a detailed list of each transaction where customers owe you money, including the amount, due date, and customer name.

  2. Review transaction details
    • In the detailed list, you can tap on individual transactions to view more information about each outstanding payment. This includes:
        • Customer name and contact details.
        • Remind customer option.
    • Items sold.
      • Amount due for each transaction.
      • Due date for payment, if available.


  3. Tracking payments and following up
    • Use this list to keep track of outstanding payments, send reminders to customers if needed, and ensure you have a clear overview of who owes you money.
